The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Supports the Sustainable Development Goals

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) has announced its pledge to support the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that include 17 goals and 169 targets to wipe out poverty, fight inequality and tackle climate change by 2030. EO’s pledge to support the SDGs further bolsters its commitment to social entrepreneurship and provides opportunities to impact the world among its global community of entrepreneurs. This pledge was announced at a commemorative event held at the UN General Assembly’s main plaza during the 72nd session of the General Assembly.

Get Involved

There are plenty of ways to get involved at the local, regional and global levels. Here are a few options within EO to consider:

SUPPORTING THE
UNITED NATIONS

EO members worldwide are and have been “making our mark” and having a tremendous impact on our growing businesses, the communities we serve and operate in as well as our neighbours, families, friends and each other. As we celebrate EO’s 30th anniversary, I challenge you, my fellow entrepreneurs (EO members and prospective members), throughout the world to widen your focus and scope.

Let’s use this platform to show the world that we are committed to making the #EOImpact a universal and longstanding one.

Always grateful,
Brian Brault, EO Western New York
Global Chairman, FY2017/2018
